Structure: Machine frames, ram and table are all casted from graded cast Iron, which gives higher compression strength & vibration absorbing properly in such a way to gives better resistance against constant impact thrust. 

Blade : High carbon High chromium four edged Blades are provided for burr free quality cutting of the material.

Driving Pedal : Designed from mild steed with proper weight and function easily as it is spring loaded. The treadle swings with two separate ground steel pin fitted on the frames. Cutting thrust is passed on to the treadle is absorbed by a thrust bearing.

Gauge : Gauge is designed to adjust accurately and easy cutting on table & front side.

System : Machine frames with wide machined base give better rigidity.
